Consultant for Compliance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You will become the key point of contact for our customers:

  1. Consulting and support with the setup and operation of a CMS
  2. Consulting and support on questions regarding processes and procedures
  3. Consulting and support for managers and employees on implementing regulations
  4. Limited advice on legal topics and limited provision of initial assessments
  5. Management of compliance violations
  6. Consulting and support in planning and carrying out risk analyses
  7. Development and delivery of compliance training measures
  8. Consulting and support in monitoring compliance with the compliance-relevant policies
  9. Supervision of the company's own whistle-blowing hotline or reporting system

Your profile

We are looking for team-oriented, committed and responsible people with a degree as a business lawyer with at least a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or a fully qualified lawyer, ideally with relevant professional and project experience. Your most important abilities and skills are:

  1. an independent, methodical and structured way of working
  2. decisiveness paired with high consulting competence
  3. a good understanding of complexity and process structures
  4. quality awareness, paired with a customer- and results-oriented way of working as well as strategic thinking
  5. basic experience with management systems
  6. an economic mindset and an understanding of efficiency
  7. willingness to engage in conflict management
  8. good self-organisation and time management
  9. strong communication skills
  10. flexibility and resilience, ability to work in a team
