Consultant for Compliance (m/f/d)

Your tasks
You will become the key point of contact for our customers:
- Consulting and support with the setup and operation of a CMS
- Consulting and support on questions regarding processes and procedures
- Consulting and support for managers and employees on implementing regulations
- Limited advice on legal topics and limited provision of initial assessments
- Management of compliance violations
- Consulting and support in planning and carrying out risk analyses
- Development and delivery of compliance training measures
- Consulting and support in monitoring compliance with the compliance-relevant policies
- Supervision of the company's own whistle-blowing hotline or reporting system
Your profile
We are looking for team-oriented, committed and responsible people with a degree as a business lawyer with at least a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or a fully qualified lawyer, ideally with relevant professional and project experience. Your most important abilities and skills are:
- an independent, methodical and structured way of working

- a good understanding of complexity and process structures

- basic experience with management systems
